In Doraville, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Georgia run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Fantastic Filipino food! My friend and I ordered the pancit sotanghon, Baguio beans, and the bistek baryo. Everything was delicious and portions were plentiful. Highly recommend for those who would like to try authentic Filipino food for first time. Waitress was also very nice. 5/5 food and service.

Tried kamayan couple of times in the past as well ever since it is featured by Michelin. So recently I went on a early evening on Sunday. I didn’t had a reservation but they let me seat in the bar without any wait. Ordered a lumpianisa which is a fried spring roll with chorizo and it tastes pretty decent. For entree I ordered sizzling lechon sisig which comes in a sizzling plate. It was delicious, little spicy as it had green chillies. Definitely would be back to try some of the curries.

This restaurant was so fun and full of good energy and great service from all of the staff. This was our first time here and we had great recommendations from our server but the shrimp and the ube crème brûlée were our two favorites. Also the fresh juices were great. I got a lime juice that was so refreshing.

Had a great experience visiting this spot for a birthday! The food is especially good. It’s a Filipino restaurant, just in case you missed the name on the map. The customer service was decent, but the food is the real star delicious and unique. It's awesome to experiment with their flavors and see the different ways they cook pork and other traditional dishes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Heartwarming Filipino Dining Experience at Kamayan Atlanta Kamayan Atlanta is more than just a restaurantβ€”it’s an experience that truly touches the heart. Tita Mia has been absolutely amazing and incredibly hospitable, making sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. Her warmth alone already sets the tone for a memorable visit. We ordered several dishes, and each one deserves special recognitionβ€”especially for those who may not be familiar with Filipino cuisine: β€’ Crispy Pata (Superb!) – This is a deep-fried pork leg that’s crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It’s rich, savory, and usually dipped in a tangy soy-vinegar sauce. Perfect for sharing and absolutely indulgent. β€’ Dinuguan with Gata (Must-Try!) – This is a traditional Filipino stew made with pork simmered in a savory, tangy sauce traditionally made with pork blood, enhanced here with coconut milk (gata), which makes it extra creamy and comforting. If you enjoy bold, soulful flavors similar to hearty stews, this dish is a must. Don’t let the ingredients scare youβ€”it’s incredibly flavorful and comforting. β€’ Crispy Palabok – Palab
